This app for iPad, Seoul metro, is it an offline app or do I need to be connected to the Internet?

Yes it is an offline map and info app. They are talking about a navigation feature that has been in the works for a while now. Depending on the type of navigation that may require a connection, but the map should always be accessable offline.
FYI developers, you probably already know, but seoulmetro tour is not compatible with my iPad 2 on iOS 5 beta.
